Professional Experience
Below are some of my formal work experience. I will continue to add more content to this page as time permits.
Deloitte Consulting
M&A + Supply Chain
Throughout my tenure at Deloitte, I’ve helped clients in various industries execute their M&A / Strategic initiatives while helping them being more conscious about their long-term impact to sustainability and the environment. Below are a sample of my experience:
Supported a MedTech client in assessing their cost and waste reduction opportunities in the Europen market; an opportunity to save them $50M by transitioning to eIFUs emerged
Assisted a multi-national banking client with their $13B bank merger; this would increase their presence in the Southeast U.S. and make them one of the largest banks in the U.S. and the world
Executed a $12B divestiture of an chemicals manufacturing and processing operations for a global energy company; this would allow our client to focus on their core business
Avison Young:
Global Reporting +
People Analytics
As the HRIS Analyst for Avison Young, I was responsible for the technical projects for the HR team, including elevating our level of reporting (for investors and other stakeholders) and leading any systems implementation project related to HR. I managed the implementation of our health and wellness, applicant tracking, and learning management systems.
MNPS:
Talent Management +
Professional Development
As an Education Pioneers fellow, I joined the Talent Management team at Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) to support efforts to improve teacher effectiveness and create buy-in from educators and administrators to the new state teacher evaluation policy and standards. This included conducting walkthroughs and designing programs to help teachers’ professional development and their area of improvement.
UNFI:
Application Development + Brand Redesign
As part of UNFI’s efforts to transition our customers online, I was responsible for assisting with the project management of iUNFI, our mobile B2B ordering application for customers like Whole Foods, Wegman’s, etc. When I left, in 2016, our revenues from online orders grew to 1 billion dollars.
When UNFI underwent a brand redesign, my team was tasked with implementing Marketing’s vision onto our digital and online assets, including unfi.com and its related companies (including Woodstock Farms, Tony’s Fine Foods). This included optimizing our B2B customer onboarding inquiry form, ensuring consistent UI/UX across websites and resolving technical (e.g. latency) issues in the QA and Sandbox environment.
