Hi,
My name’s Pitu. I am a Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy and Transactions practice, specializing in integrations and separations. While I partner with clients across industries, my work often focuses on large-scale transactions in the Financial Services and Energy sectors. I’m passionate about helping organizations transform into more sustainable and resilient enterprises. My experience spans Corporate Strategy, M&A execution and planning (including Day 1 & Day 2 readiness and Command Center setup), as well as Supply Chain Management across sourcing, procurement, and supply chain optimization.
As an Education Pioneers alumnus, an immigrant from a working-class background, and a member of the New Leaders Council, I’m deeply committed to aligning my professional impact with broader societal challenges. At Deloitte, I strive to embed this sense of purpose into the work I deliver for clients and communities alike.
Before joining Deloitte, I earned my MBA from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business, concentrating in Business Analytics, Information Management, and Marketing. I’ve held diverse roles across industries-leading application development projects, managing district-wide education policy reform initiatives, driving global HR transformation programs, and product managing enterprise-level task management systems. I also hold a BS in Applied Economics and a BA in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island.

As the first person in my family to graduate from high school, college, and graduate school, I recognize that I owe my journey to grace, gratitude, grit—and above all, to the generosity of the mentors who supported me along the way. Grateful for the opportunities I’ve had, I’m always seeking ways to pay it forward. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering with organizations dedicated to strengthening communities and empowering the next generation of leaders.
